AM 430 – Effective Asset Management Plans is a practical how-to for writing and updating an Asset Management Plan. It covers each topic of the Asset Management Plan (AMP) in turn – what is needed, links to other sections of the plan, good practice examples, and how these might relate to different situations.
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- Write, review and/or update effective AMPs
- Understand the key topics included in an Asset Management Plan
- Develop efficient AMP updating processes.
