Performance management sits at the heart of good asset management practice. In this course, you’ll explore how to design and implement systems that drive performance and support continuous improvement.
You’ll gain an understanding of the essential elements of a performance management framework, how to evaluate performance against objectives and levels of service, and how to use these insights to inform improvement planning.
AM 307 is completed entirely online, allowing you to learn at your own pace, in your own time. You can begin as soon as you enrol.
Overview
Learn to drive continuous improvement in asset management through effective performance evaluation and planning.
Through this course you will learn to:
- Design and develop a performance management framework that effectively drives performance improvement
- Evaluate performance against asset management objectives and levels of service requirements
- Assess progress towards the achievement of desired outcomes and impacts, identify opportunities, and make incremental changes
- Explain how continuous improvement processes ensures alignment with desired outcomes and impacts.
The content draws from the authoritative Āpōpō Guide and the ISO 55000 suite of Standards, ensuring alignment with best practice both locally and internationally.
On completion, learners are awarded a digital badge which can be saved and shared.
This course is a collaboration between Āpōpō and Water New Zealand.
