Following a rapid three-month development programme, the Āpōpō Guide launched in October 2023, and is now serving infrastructure asset managers in Aotearoa New Zealand.
There was a good turn out and brilliant weather for this event: morning presentations and an afternoon of golf. The three presentations represented the industry with a mix of entities; a consultant, local government, and government entity in Te Waihanga Infrastructure Commission NZ.
On Tuesday 17 October we held our largest branch event yet in the lecture theatre in University of Canterbury. The theme for this event was making infrastructure happen; a spotlight on public infrastructure and applied asset management.
As we advance towards the launch of the Āpōpō Guide, we wanted to share with you what the Āpōpō Guide means to us as an organisation.
