Overview
AM 203 – Lifecycle Planning introduces you to the key tools and principles of lifecycle planning. It gives you a foundation for making informed decisions about managing infrastructure assets over time.
By the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Evaluate and apply decision-making techniques to balance cost, risk, and performance across the asset lifecycle
- Explain and assess how operational planning and maintenance strategies contribute to asset performance and organisational objectives
- Develop approaches to managing resources and risks to support effective delivery of Asset Management activities
- Interpret and use Asset Management Plans to guide asset management decisions and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
