GOV 101 provides essential knowledge for anyone in a leadership or governance role in an organisation that owns or manages infrastructure assets. It is particularly suited to mayors, councillors and executive leadership teams in local government. It explores how and why your decisions impact the wellbeing of people right now, as well as in 50+ years’ time.
So that you can make informed decisions, this course covers the fundamentals of asset management, including the purpose, value, and key terminology.
It is completed wholly online, at the time and place of your choosing, and will take you about 1 hour to complete.
