At the end of this course, attendees will know how to:
- Establish a risk management framework and risk register.
- Identify and prioritise risk treatment options.
- Identify a range of possible decision techniques for solving an asset management problem.
- Select and apply the appropriate technique to choose the best solution.
About the facilitator
Lisa Roberts
Lisa is a Fellow of Engineering NZ, a recognition of her career in infrastructure management. She is an independent consultant focussed on supporting clients to improve ‘whole of business’ asset management and infrastructure resilience.
Lisa is an expert facilitator and has project managed and co-authored all editions of the International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM), Asset Management Basics and many other publications.
