Objectives

Asset management as a business discipline is relevant to all asset types, however the uniqueness of the services and assets associated with buildings and property, means there are differences in how these principles are best applied.

This seminar provides participants with an overview of asset management as a business process. The presenter will draw on the experiences and learnings of the industry over the past twenty years, to explore in detail several asset management planning processes specifically as they relate to the management of building and property portfolios.
