Understanding Asset Management with AM 101 pre-work and Asset Management for Building and Property Portfolios training combo!
This course introduces infrastructure asset management, from the very beginning. The pre-work online digital badge micro-credential AM 101 features a tight alignment with the authoritative Āpōpō Guide resource and shows how the principles of te ao Māori are intertwined in infrastructure asset management. The in-person half day session will help you understand asset management in your organisation with an expert facilitator leading you through the principles of asset management.
By the end of the course you will understand:

First, complete the online course in your own time at your own pace, and then review and discuss in person with an experienced and expert facilitator the content of the course and your learning.
During the in person session you will be encouraged to ask questions, have discussions with peers and learn from the challenges other organisations face.
On completion of the online course you will earn a verifiable micro-credential “Digital Badge” to record and recognise your learning.
