Hi Branch member,
Thank you all for the feedback on branch meetings format, content structure and topics of interest. Most supported offering both in person and online option, combination of technical session and social networking opportunity, a tour of local projects and sharing stories on local practitioners’ successes/ challenges. These suggestions will help us built a good agenda.
The Branch Chairs caught up this week. We did discuss the branch meetings and locking dates into our IPWEA calendar.
For our Branch, I am looking at three branch meetings for the year – April/May and July/Aug. The last branch meeting will be a combined branch meeting with Bay of Plenty East Coast Branch in Oct/Nov. We will update our webpage once dates are confirmed.
We will re-engage again in the new year and don’t forget our Annual Conference in Auckland : Future-Fit Aotearoa Conference – ACE New Zealand and IPWEA NZ Future-Fit Aotearoa Conference and Awards 2022 (futurefitconference.co.nz). Hope to see you there.
It has been an interesting year and hope everyone is taking time off with family and friends.
