Prudent Asset Management for Waters is a finalist project in the Asset Management category of the 2023 Asset Management Excellence Awards.
A ground-breaking project involving a large, specialised team delivered to assess the condition of the greater Wellington region’s very high criticality water supply, wastewater, and stormwater assets. Following completion of this work Wellington Water is now better placed to refine asset renewal and repair programmes tailored to asset condition, and identified assets requiring urgent remediation, with improved data sources.
