We would like to invite those who work in Local Government specifically in asset management and are involved with Long Term Plans to join this first online workshop session. In this session you will meet other practitioners and we will guide you through resources available for building skills and capability in asset management.

Whether you are new to asset management or have a wealth of experience, please join us for this interactive session.

Theme; Skills and capability – As we face the update of our Long Term Plans (LTP’s) What is your own personal asset management maturity?

This session will be facilitated by Āpōpō board members Parvati Patel and Steve Browning.

We invite all attendees to complete a free self-assessment  before attending this online workshop. 

Why are AMPs important for your LTP?

Activity Management Plans (AMPs) are a key component of preparing your LTP, so now is the time to address any gaps you might have to ensure you are prepared and can build capability before you go into your LTP process.
