Richard Simpson
Richard Simpson leads the asset, facilities, and geospatial management of Christchurch International Airport’s Terminal, Campus & Infrastructure. Having previously held roles including General Manager of Customer Solutions at Citycare, Commercial Manager and FM Team Leader at Christchurch City Council, Richard shares insights from managing diverse infrastructure portfolios and fostering strategic client / contractor partnerships.
Fa’aa’efili Afi Tusa
Fa’aa’efili is a Chief from the village of Lufilufi, in Samoa. Born and raised in Lower Hutt he now resides in Christchurch with his Cantabrian wife Joanna and two year old son Kingsley. He is man of faith, integrity and service to his family, church and community village. M. Briggs has labelled him a Protagonists (ENFJs) who “feels called to serve a greater purpose in life. Thoughtful and idealistic, these personality types strive to have a positive impact on other people and the world around them. They rarely shy away from an opportunity to do the right thing, even when doing so is far from easy”.
A student of learning Fa’aa’efili enjoys navigating the relationships between infrastructure and new technologies. Specialising in Asset Management for over 10 years, modelling evidenced based solutions for complex strategic investment challenges. He has held multiple Asset Management Specialist roles. In addition he hold a BA from Otago University and a MBA from Canterbury.
