About the Facilitator
Jules Congalton
Jules is an experienced Information Manager who leads asset management related improvements in the utilities industry. His current focus is developing and implementing Asset Management Digital and Information Strategies to enable innovative organisations to be industry leaders in asset management.
Jules has published articles and presented at conferences on various asset information topics and lectured at Massey University’s School of Management. He holds a PhD in Information Systems and is a Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA).
