Overview
This course focuses on the strategic foundations of asset management – the thinking that connects long-term organisational direction to on-the-ground delivery. By the end of this course, you’ll understand what it takes to develop an Asset Management Strategy / Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) that supports meaningful outcomes for your community or organisation.
AM 304 builds on concepts introduced in AM 202 – Understanding Requirements, and draws from the authoritative Āpōpō Guide and the ISO 55000 series of Standards.
By the end of AM 304 you will be able to:
