This course provides essential knowledge for anyone in a leadership or governance role in an organisation that owns or manages infrastructure assets. It explains how and why your decisions impact the wellbeing of people right now, as well as in 50+ years’ time.
So that you can make informed decisions this course covers the fundamentals of asset management, including the purpose, value, and key terminology.
By the end of GOV 101 you will be able to:
- Understand what is meant by “asset management”
- Understand the value proposition of good asset management
- Have the knowledge to ensure effective asset management is in place
- Be able to make informed decisions about your asset portfolio.
